Our Process Safe and Secure Servers Policy ensures that we provide 24/7 service with an emphasis on efficient process serving. Our experienced process servers are dedicated to handling your legal documents and meeting your legal needs promptly. We offer various options, including rush services and same day service, to ensure you receive proof of service exactly when you need it.
We do not give any refund if we cant get the clients.
Payment is due in full upon starting the job
Regular service fees are for 3 attempts morning, afternoon and evening that is convenient and accessible to our servers.
We will not be taking orders from clients on when and what time to go unless you pay extra for that service which is called ON CALL service and will have a time slot appointment for that.
ON CALL fee is $40 an hour along with the service and with an appointment time slot.
SPECIAL APPOINTMENT TIME: when you request to be there at 3pm or whatever you need which is also $40 additional.
WE DO PROVIDE PICTURES AND UPDATES FOR OUR SERVICES AS AN INCENTIVE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST BUT ITS NOT REQUIRED OF US.
WE DO THAT FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND TO MAKE YOU FEEL INCLUDED AND UPDATED.

After Process Safe and Secure Servers serves your documents, we will provide you with proof of service, which can be used to demonstrate that the documents have been served. We will also provide regular updates throughout the process and are always available to answer any questions you may have.
